Name: GreenICANN
Mission: This organisation’s sole purpose is to make ICANN carbon neutral.
Membership: Any member of the ICANN community who supports and promotes GreenICANN mission is eligible to join this organisation. The list of members is public and displayed on the organisation’s website, greenicann.org.
Coordinator: A coordinator facilitating the fulfilling of the mission of GreenICANN. The coordinator will set the times and places of the organisation’s meetings.
Voting: Voting can take place in GreenICANN meetings and be decisive with rough consensus.
Standards of behavior: ICANN expected standards of behavior – https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/expected-standards-2016-06-28-en
Removing a member: If a member is not acting according to the ICANN expected standards of behaviour or is jeopardizing the fulfillment of the mission of GreenICANN, their membership can be taken away with a written reasoning from the coordinator of the organisation.
